Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, email us at [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
